The short version: play fair, be kind, and don't cheat. Coins, gems and items have no real-money value and belong to the Game. We can update or end the Game, and we can ban players who break the rules. If you're under 18, go through these terms with a parent or guardian.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC ("HittCraft", "we", "us"), the maker of Glow Rumblers (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.

2. Who can play

Anyone can play. Players under 13 play in Kid Mode, which turns off chat, email, notifications and friend requests (see the Privacy Policy). If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.

3. Your account

You can play as a guest or create an account. Keep your password private: you're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share, sell or buy accounts. Usernames and player names must follow the rules below, and we may change any name that breaks them.

4. Rules of conduct

Don't:

harass, bully, threaten or hate on other players, or use slurs
share personal information (yours or anyone else's), such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, social accounts or links
spam, scam, advertise, or pretend to be someone else, including us
cheat, use bots or hacks, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game or server, or play with other people's accounts
post anything sexual, violent or illegal, or anything you don't have the rights to

You can block and report players in the Game. We may remove content, mute players, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without warning.

5. Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, skins, cosmetics, emotes, pass rewards and every other in-game item ("Virtual Items") are a limited, personal, revocable license to use inside the Game. They are not your property and have no value outside it. They can't be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for real money, and we never buy them back. Gems never buy gameplay power.

On our website, gems are sold by HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC and paid through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout. Gems are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. In the phone apps, gems are sold through that app store (for example Google Play), and that store's payment terms and refund policy apply. If gems you bought on our website didn't arrive, or you were charged by mistake, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the gems from it are removed from your account. Apart from those refunds and any the store or the law provides, all sales are final once the gems are delivered. Only an adult may make a purchase, or a minor with a parent or guardian's permission. Players in Kid Mode can't buy anything on our website. In the Android and iPhone apps, a Kid Mode player can only ask: the game asks for a grown-up first, and on a child's account Google Play or Apple asks the parent to approve and pay. A parent or guardian (18 or older) can buy them a gem code on our Parents page (glowrumblers.com/parents). Each code adds its gems once, to the account that redeems it, and doesn't expire. Keep it safe like a gift card: we can't replace a code that someone else used. If a code's payment is refunded or reversed, the code stops working, or, if it was already used, its gems are removed from that account. If we close the Game or ban an account for breaking these terms, Virtual Items are lost without refund, except where the law requires otherwise. Rumble Drops can't be bought; they're earned by playing, and their odds are shown in the Game.

6. Your content

You keep any rights you have in what you write in the Game, such as names and chat messages. You let us use, show and store that content so the Game can run, for example showing your name on leaderboards. You may share videos and screenshots of your own gameplay, including the Game's kill-cam clips, for non-commercial purposes such as social posts and streams, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.

Matches are played in our Game, so we may record and share gameplay from online matches (for example a great triple takedown) in videos and posts about the Game. We hide player names in those videos unless the player agreed, and we never show Kid Mode players' names. If you send us a clip or a comment and tick the permission box, you let us post it on our social media pages and in promotion for the Game, credited to the name you chose, without payment. You can ask us at any time to take down a post that features you.

7. The Game is ours

The Game, its code, characters, art, music, sounds and names belong to HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC or its licensors. Except as these terms allow, don't copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer them. The fonts used are under the SIL Open Font License.

8. Changes and availability

The Game is a live service. We may change, rebalance or remove heroes, items, modes and features, reset leaderboards or seasons, take the server down for maintenance, or end the Game, and we'll try to give notice of big changes in the Game. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after a change, that means you accept it.

9. Copyright complaints

Our designated agent for copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is Spencer Hitt, HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC, [email protected]. The agent's full contact details are also listed in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

If you think something in the Game infringes your copyright, email the agent with: the work, where it appears in the Game, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time in Profile & Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11 and 13 still apply after that.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. Consumers in the EU and UK keep the protections of their local law.
