Glow Rumblers · HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC · Effective October 31, 2026
The short version: we collect only what the game needs to run: your account, your progress and the safety tools that keep chat friendly. We don't sell your information, show ads or use outside analytics or trackers. Players under 13 play in Kid Mode, which collects no personal information from them. You can delete your account at any time in Profile & Settings → Delete my account.
Who we are
Glow Rumblers (the "Game") is made and run by HittCraft Bullet Gifts LLC ("HittCraft", "we", "us"). If you have a question or request about your information, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
| Information | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Age-screen answer | To decide whether you play in Kid Mode. We store only "under 13 until a certain month" or "13 or older", never your birth date. | The first time you open the Game |
| Guest account (a random ID and a sign-in token) | So the Game remembers your progress on this device | Automatically, when you start playing |
| Username and password (stored scrambled; we can't read it) | To let you sign in on any device | Only if you create an account |
| Discord user ID and Discord display name | So you keep the same progress on any device when you play Glow Rumblers inside Discord (or play there with your website or app account, if you link it), and play under your Discord name. We don't receive your email address, friends or messages from Discord. | Only if you play Glow Rumblers as a Discord Activity and agree in Discord's permission window, or tap Link Discord in Profile & Settings (Unlink Discord removes it) |
| Email address (optional) | Only to send you a password-reset link when you ask for one. We never send marketing email. | Only if you add one. Not offered in Kid Mode. |
| Game progress: player name, heroes, skins, coins, gems, trophies, stats, quests, pass progress, settings and your time zone | To run the Game, show leaderboards and give daily rewards at the right local time | While you play |
| Friends, blocks, clan and party membership | The social features you choose to use. Friends are off in Kid Mode. | When you use them |
| Chat messages | To deliver them. Recent messages are kept in server memory, not saved to disk, and are cleared when the server restarts. Chat is off in Kid Mode. | When you chat |
| Player reports (who reported whom, the reason and the reported message) | To keep players safe and enforce the rules | When someone sends a report |
| A one-way scrambled ("hashed") form of your IP address | To stop people faking friend invites from one network. We don't store your actual IP address in our database. | When your account is made |
| Notification subscription (a technical address from your browser) | To send the phone notifications you turned on. Off in Kid Mode. | Only if you turn notifications on |
| Kill-cam clips and comments you send us ("Get featured", "Tell us what you love"), with the name you want credited | To share them on our social media pages, credited to that name. We review everything before posting. | Only if you send one and tick the permission box. Not available for guest accounts or in Kid Mode. |
| Short replays of standout moments in online matches (a few seconds of hero movements and actions, and the player names in that match) | To make gameplay videos for our social media pages. Published videos hide player names unless that player agreed; Kid Mode players' names are never shown. | Automatically, when something special happens in a match (for example a triple takedown) |
| Error reports: the error message, where in the Game's code it happened, the Game version, whether you were in the lobby or a match, and the kind of device (for example "Android app · Android 14") | To find and fix bugs. A report is tied to your account ID only so we can count how many different players a problem affects; it never contains your name, chats or other personal information. | Automatically, when something goes wrong in the Game |
| Which days you open the Game in your first month, your first steps (finishing the tutorial, your first matches), and where you started playing (our website, a phone app, CrazyGames, Poki, itch.io or Discord, and which of our posts' links you used, if any) | To see whether new players enjoy the Game and where it needs improving. We look only at totals, such as "35% of new players came back the next day", never at one player. | When you open the Game and play |
| Match totals (for example how many matches were played, which heroes were picked, and how fast players' connections to the game server were) | To balance the Game and to share overall numbers like "10,000 matches played". These totals never identify a player. | After every online match |
Our hosting provider sees your IP address when your device connects to the server, as every website does. The Game itself also saves a few settings on your device (local storage): your sign-in token, graphics, sound and control choices, and whether you've seen the tutorial. We use no cookies for advertising or tracking.
What we don't collect: your real name, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. Kill-cam clips are made on your device and are only shared if you share them yourself or send them to us.
Children and Kid Mode
We ask everyone their birth month and year before an account is made. Players under 13 play in Kid Mode:
- no free-text chat (preset quick-chat lines and emotes still work in matches)
- no email address, no phone notifications and no friend requests
- a made-up player name and username, so a child never types their own name
Kid Mode collects no personal information from children beyond what the Game needs to run (a random account ID and sign-in token, as described above). It turns off automatically the month the player turns 13, and players can't switch it off sooner. If you're a parent and believe your child gave us personal information, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a few service providers who process it only on our behalf:
- Fly.io hosts the game server and its data (United States).
- Resend sends password-reset emails, if you added an email address.
- Apple, Google or Mozilla push services deliver phone notifications you turned on.
- GitHub Pages may serve the Game's files, which are the same for everyone.
- Stripe, if you buy gems on our website. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and Stripe handles your card or wallet details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive only your account number in the Game, which pack you bought, the amount, and an order number. We never see your card details. If a parent or guardian buys a gem code on our Parents page, no game account is involved. Stripe gives us the buyer's email address, which we use once to email the code (and we don't store it in our game database or add it to any list). When a player redeems a code, we record which account used it so the code can't be used twice. Children in Kid Mode can redeem a code on the website, but they can't buy anything there, and they give us no new information when they redeem.
- Discord, if you play Glow Rumblers inside Discord. The Game's traffic passes through Discord's servers, under Discord's own privacy policy (discord.com/privacy).
- CrazyGames and Poki, if you play Glow Rumblers on their websites. Those sites show their own ads between matches (and when you choose "Watch an ad") under their own privacy policies. We don't receive any personal information from them.
- Apple, if you buy gems in the iPhone or iPad app. Apple handles your payment details and only tells us which item you bought and its transaction number. We never see your card details.
- Google Play, if you buy gems in the Android app. Google handles your payment details and only tells us which item you bought and its order number. We never see your card details. In Kid Mode, gems can only be bought in the Android and iPhone apps, after a grown-up check in the game, and on a child's account the store asks the parent to approve the purchase (Google Family Link purchase approvals or Apple Ask to Buy). No payment or personal details are collected from the child.
Other players can see your player name, hero, skins, trophies, clan and status (online, in a match), plus your chat messages if you chat. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect players from harm.
How long we keep it
- Saved accounts: until you delete them.
- Guest accounts: until you delete them, or after 12 months without play. Guest accounts that never finished an online match are deleted after 14 days without play.
- Password-reset links: 30 minutes. Sign-in sessions: 90 days.
- Reports: the most recent 2,000 are kept for moderation.
- Saved match moments: up to 30 days, unless we pick one for a video. Clips and comments you send: until we delete them or you delete your account. Ask us any time and we'll take down a post that features you.
- Server backups (made weekly, and when an admin resets or restores the Game) are kept privately and deleted on a rolling basis within 90 days. Purchase records (which pack, when, the order number) are kept for tax and accounting for up to 7 years, and are no longer linked to your account once you delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: go to Profile & Settings → Delete my account (or see glowrumblers.com/delete-account, which also explains how to ask by email). Your account, progress, friends, clan membership, chat messages and reports about you are erased right away, along with any clips or comments you sent us, and your name is removed from saved match moments.
- Change or remove your email address in Profile & Settings.
- Turn notifications off in Profile & Settings, or in your phone's settings.
- Access or correct your data: email [email protected].
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have extra rights: to access, correct, delete or move your information, or to object to how we use it. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. We use your information because it's needed to provide the Game you asked for (contract), and for safety and anti-cheat (legitimate interests). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Passwords are stored with a one-way scrambling function (scrypt with a salt), and connections are encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfect, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the Game.
