Delete your Glow Rumblers account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Glow Rumblers (the app, or glowrumblers.com).
2. Tap your profile picture at the top left to open Profile & Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm. If your account has a password, you'll be asked for it.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

Can't open the game (for example, you uninstalled it)? Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Include your username (or player name) and, if you added one, the email address on the account. We'll confirm the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account: username, password, email address (if any) and sign-in sessions
• Your progress: heroes, skins and other items, coins, gems, trophies, stats, quests and Pass progress
• Friends, blocks, clan membership, chat messages and reports about you
• Clips and comments you sent us, and your name in saved match moments

What may be kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (which pack, when, the order number) as required for tax and accounting, up to 7 years. They're no longer linked to a game account.
• Server backups, which are deleted on a rolling basis within 90 days.
• Totals that never identify anyone (for example "10,000 matches played").
